News24 today announced the promotion of Manak Gupta to the position of Managing Editor, News24 Broadcast, effective immediately. e4m was the first to report the news last week.

Gupta has been associated with News24 since 2010 and brings over 15 years of anchoring experience to his new role. He is best known for anchoring the channel's flagship show Rashtra Ki Baat, which airs daily at 5 PM and has built a strong and loyal viewership base. In his new capacity, Mr. Gupta will oversee all editorial operations, programming strategy, and content direction across the network.
