Bernie Stefan has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nestlé Türkiye. He will take charge of the role from October 1, 2026. Stefan announced his new position in a post on LinkedIn. He has been associated with Nestle for over 18 years.
Stefan said he was deeply honored and excited to take on the role at Nestlé Türkiye. He also highlighted Türkiye’s position between Europe and Asia, describing the country as a special bridge in his career.
"I am deeply honored and excited to announce that, as of October 1, 2026, I will be taking on the role of CEO of Nestlé Türkiye, a company with a rich heritage spanning more than 120 years", the LinkedIn post stated.
Throughout his career, Stefan has held leadership roles across several markets, including France, China, Australia and Sri Lanka. His international experience comes as he takes charge of Nestlé’s Türkiye business.
Stefan also thanked Leszek Wącirz, who has been leading Nestlé Türkiye, for his leadership and wished him success in his new role within Nestlé’s Zone Europe. Stefan’s appointment will see him take responsibility for the company’s business and teams in the market from October.
Stefan is a seasoned FMCG professional with over 20 years of experience in leading businesses across Asia, Oceania, and Africa.
