Nestlé India Chairman and Managing Director Manish Tiwary recently met Prime Minister Narendra Modi alongside Philipp Navratil, Global CEO of Nestlé.
Sharing updates about the meeting on social media, Tiwary described it as an honour and reiterated Nestlé's commitment to India.
“India at our core. Always,” Tiwary said in his post, describing himself as a “proud Indian and a Swiss Indophile” brought together by a shared love for India and a commitment to growing with the country.
Tiwary said Nestlé remains committed to being part of India's journey, adding that the company would continue to “listen, learn and stay deeply committed” to the country.
The meeting comes with Tiwary leading Nestlé India as CMD while also serving as Market Head for the Nestlé South Asia region. He previously served as Country Manager at Amazon India and Managing Director at Unilever.
