NDTV has appointed Anupam Srivastava as the Chief Executive Producer for NDTV India and its regional channels. Srivastava brings over two decades of experience in broadcast journalism, long-form fact-based storytelling and channel operations.

Srivastava has led coverage of major national events—from the 26/11 Mumbai attacks to key electoral milestones—across platforms like Times Now, Times Now Navbharat, and Times Chronicles. Srivastava's portfolio in long-form content includes acclaimed titles such as Love Kills on discovery+, and Tiranga, 1971: Birth of a Nation, Tales of Valour, Kashmir: The Story, and Gallantry of Galwan for National Geographic India.

Srivastava has played a pivotal role in shaping the visual and operational identity of channels—overseeing transitions from SD to HD, managing complete channel relocations, leading brand-defining design projects, and commissioning original programming for global OTT platforms.

Speaking about his appointment, Anupam Srivastava said: “NDTV’s greatest strength lies in telling credible, beautifully crafted stories. My focus will be to enhance that strength across both national and regional platforms—ensuring every story forms a meaningful connection with its audience.”

Rahul Kanwal, CEO and Editor-in-Chief at NDTV, commented: “Anupam brings the depth, experience, and creative clarity that can take NDTV’s premium content to new heights. His ability to translate editorial vision into impactful execution makes him an invaluable addition to our leadership team.”

In his new role, Srivastava will lead flagship programming at NDTV India, while also steering content strategy, editorial direction, and brand positioning for the network’s regional channels.
