Affle has announced the appointment of Sameer Sondhi as Chief Executive Officer for North America. Along with this role, he will also take on the responsibility of Chief Strategic Investments Officer.
In his new position, Sameer will lead Affle’s growth plans in North America and oversee strategic investments that support the company’s 3i vision, which aims for 10x growth in its third decade, driven by Innovation, Impact and Intelligence, the company said in a press release.
Sameer brings strong leadership experience in global adtech and digital media, with a proven ability to grow revenue in mature markets. Before joining Affle, he held senior leadership roles at Verve, including CEO and Chief Revenue Officer, where he guided global strategy, operations and business growth, while building strong partnerships with advertisers, agencies and publishers. Earlier in his career, he worked at InMobi, contributing to the company’s expansion across North America, Europe and Asia. He holds a master’s degree in computer science.
Commenting on the appointment, Anuj Khanna Sohum, Chairperson, Managing Director and CEO of Affle, said that bringing Sameer on board as CEO for North America is an important step for the company.
