TIPS Music Ltd reported a strong financial performance for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, with revenue from operations rising 21% year-on-year to Rs 94.3 crore, driven by continued traction across digital platforms and robust catalogue monetisation
Profit after tax for the quarter grew 33% year-on-year to Rs 58.7 crore, while operating EBITDA increased 34% to ₹74.5 crore, reflecting operating leverage and higher digital consumption. The company’s EBITDA margin expanded to 79% in Q3 FY26, compared to 71.6% in the year-ago period
On a sequential basis, revenue grew 6% over the previous quarter, while PAT and EBITDA rose 10% each. For the nine months ended December 2025, TIPS Music posted a 17% growth in revenue and a 16% increase in profit after tax
During the quarter, YouTube subscriber count grew to 145.3 million. The company released 108 songs, including 70 film tracks and 38 non-film tracks. Digital engagement remained strong, with the cumulative YouTube subscriber base reaching 145.3 million. Several catalogue tracks recorded high traction on social platforms, with songs such as Soldier Soldier Meethi Baatein and Tere Liye generating multi-billion views on Instagram during the period
Commenting on the results, Chairman and Managing Director Kumar Taurani said the quarter reflected sustained growth in both revenue and profitability, supported by catalogue performance and digital momentum. He added that the dividend payout underlined the company’s focus on shareholder returns
During the quarter, TIPS Music also announced a partnership with B4U TV as its broadcast partner, aimed at expanding the reach of its music catalogue across television audiences globally
