Senior journalist Munish Devgan has stepped down from his role as Head of Digital Hindi Video Cluster at Times Network after a four-year stint.
During his tenure, Devgan oversaw multiple YouTube channels, with Times Now Navbharat consistently securing the top spot in viewership rankings.
He was instrumental in creating and producing several high-impact shows, including the “Mafia Series,” “K Se Kahani” and “Digital Talk,” which not only garnered millions of views but also earned over 20 prestigious awards.
Devgan’s leadership was marked by a focus on original storytelling and strong audience engagement, with his coverage of events like the Mahakumbh drawing widespread acclaim.
An internal communication at Times Digital lauded his contributions, crediting him with helping elevate the platform to a leadership position in the competitive Hindi digital news space.
According to industry sources, he likely to join NDTV soon.
