Prime Minister Narendra Modi commended ABP News for its enduring contribution to Indian journalism and its role in fostering meaningful public discourse, during his address at the ABP Network India 2047 Summit.
Speaking at the event, the Prime Minister praised ABP for its credible journalism, wide reach and consistent efforts to highlight grassroots issues. He acknowledged the network’s commitment to shaping national narratives and underlined the importance of such platforms in the run-up to India’s centenary of independence.
“ABP News has played a pivotal role in connecting the people to development stories that matter. As India moves toward its 100th year of independence, the media's responsibility in guiding and informing becomes even more vital,” the Prime Minister said.
The ABP Network India 2047 Summit has brought together leaders, policymakers and changemakers to deliberate on India’s roadmap to becoming a developed nation by 2047.
