NDTV move to merge four subsidiaries gets official nod

New Delhi Television Limited (NDTV) has informed that the merger of its four subsidiaries (NDTV Networks Limited, NDTV Worldwide Limited, NDTV Media Limited and NDTV Labs Limited) has now been officially approved.
The company stated that the process was completed under an order from the Northern Regional Director of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Following this order, the Registrar of Companies for the NCT of Delhi and Haryana approved the merger filing.
According to NDTV, this scheme of amalgamation has come into effect from October 1, 2025. After this move, all these four transferor companies have now been integrated into NDTV (New Delhi Television Limited).
