Lavanya Pachisia, Chief Executive Officer of Zivame, has resigned. The news has been shared by Pachisia in a LinkediN post.
“After an incredible journey, I’m calling it curtains on one of the most fulfilling chapters of my professional life — my time at Zivame.
When I joined Zivame, it was to build a strong financial foundation — to bring structure, discipline, and strategic clarity to a brand with incredible potential. Over time, that role grew, and so did I. What began as a focus on numbers and processes transformed into a larger purpose — to lead Zivame’s journey as CEO and shape its vision of making intimatewear accessible to every woman across India.
Over the years, Zivame became more than just a brand for me. It became a movement — one that stood for comfort, confidence, and inclusivity. Building this from a single-channel online brand to a truly omnichannel ecosystem has been one of the most complex yet rewarding experiences of my career,” she wrote in a post.
“As I turn this page, I carry forward everything this brand has taught me — about leadership, collaboration, empathy, and the power of a shared purpose. Here’s to endings that feel full — and to new beginnings waiting just around the corner,” she wrote.
Pachisia joined Zivame in June 2022. She was earlier with Nike.
