JioStar, Reliance Industries’ fully integrated media company, has solidified its position in the media scene by launching a new website and formally revealing its corporate logo, over nine months after it was founded.

The famous "Jio" is displayed in a pink circle in the logo, followed by the bold, simple word "Star." "A balanced and harmonious" identity is what the design seeks to achieve. Pink is used to represent vitality, youth, and inventiveness—values that are fundamental to Jio's brand philosophy.

Established on November 14, 2024, following the combination of Reliance and Disney's media assets in India, JioStar currently runs the OTT behemoth JioHotstar in addition to more than 130 TV channels (85 SD, 44 HD, and five free-to-air). The business bills itself as "a leading global media and entertainment company" that is revolutionizing the way people watch sports and entertainment.

With over 750 million weekly viewers across its TV and streaming platforms, JioStar's influence is immense. It said last month that it had its best-ever quarter, which ended in June 2025, thanks to a spike in paid subscriptions, record IPL viewing, and increasing digital engagement. With an EBITDA of ₹1,017 crore, revenues increased to ₹11,222 crore from ₹10,06 crore in Q4 FY25.

With more than 280 million users, JioStar's flagship over-the-top (OTT) service, JioHotstar, is poised to compete with industry titans like Netflix.
