Gaurav Verma has been appointed to oversee Aaj Tak’s revenue operations in the interim.
In this new role, Verma will lead the revenue responsibilities for the South, West and North regions of Aaj Tak, with respective teams reporting directly to him. The reorganization comes as the Group aims to sharpen its strategic focus and accelerate business growth across key platforms.
This move follows Rahul Shaw’s transition to focus fully on scaling Stage Aaj Tak. As a result, Verma and all of Shaw’s former direct reports will now report to senior leadership.
The Group stated that this reorganization is intended to align teams for long-term success, strengthen internal growth pathways and intensify focus on core business priorities.
