RAM Ratings: Fever continues to take top spot In Mumbai And Delhi For Week 40

For Week 40 (October 1-7, 2017) of RAM Ratings Fever took the top spot in Mumbai and Delhi while Radio City and Radio Mirchi took over Bangalore and Kolkata respectively.
In the Mumbai Universe of 12.2 million listeners, Fever was at number one position in terms of share 16.1 per cent, followed by Radio City and Big FM. Radio City saw 14.4 per cent share, up by 0.9 per cent share while Big FM got 13.4 per cent share. The latter’s share went down by 0.5 per cent from last week. Radio Mirchi took the fourth spot with 13 per cent share, a 0.5 per cent increase from the previous week. Red FM got the fifth spot with 10.4 per cent share, 0.1 per cent down from the previous count. Early Morning followed by Morning and Mid Morning Time band observes the highest listenership on total Radio.
In Delhi Universe of 16.5 million listeners, Fever claimed the top spot with a share 19.2 per cent, followed by Radio Mirchi (12.6 per cent) and Radio Nasha (12.6 per cent). Radio City retained its fourth spot with 11.3 per cent share. Suffering a fall by 0.1 per cent, AIR FM 2 Gold managed to retain the fifth spot with 10.3 share. In this universe, early morning followed by night and mid-morning time band observe the highest listenership on the total radio.
In Bangalore Universe of 5.3 million listeners Radio City was at the top spot with 24.9 per cent share, followed by Big FM (18.8 per cent) and Radio Mirchi (16.4 per cent). Both Big FM and Radio Mirchi suffered a drop of 0.2 per cent and 0.3 per cent in their shares respectively. At fourth spot, Fever FM moved up by 0.6 per cent to 14.2 per cent share. Red FM took the fifth spot with 6.3 per cent share, an upward shift by 0.8 per cent. Mid-morning followed by evening and nighttime band observed the highest listenership on the total radio.
In Kolkata universe of 9.1 million listeners, Radio Mirchi claimed the first spot garnering 22.4 per cent share after suffering a drop by 0.9 per cent. It was followed by Big FM with 18.2 per cent share, down by 1 per cent from the previous count. At the third spot, Fever FM also dropped by 1 per cent to 10.7 per cent share. Aamar FM took the fourth spot with 10 per cent share, up from 0.1 per cent. Red FM fetched the fifth spot with 9.6 per cent, down by 0.6 per cent. The evening followed by afternoon and mid-morning time band observed the highest listenership on the total radio.
