For the third year in a row, Hello FM 106.4 has bagged the exclusive radio partnership with Chennai Super Kings for the forthcoming IPL Season 4. As the official radio partner for Chennai Super Kings, all the seven stations of Hello FM 106.4 will air sound bytes from the team’s players.

‘Hello FM Solli Adi’, which was introduced in 2008, will celebrate the spirit of IPL. It gives the listeners a chance to participate and predict the game live on a ball by ball basis. Telephone lines would be open to callers just before the start of every over and the selected callers would be put on air and given a chance to predict the number of runs that would be scored in that over. Winners (predicting the exact runs in the over) will continue to play over by over. People who lose out will be replaced by new callers.

Hello FM, which claims to reach 80 per cent of Tamil Nadu across over 82 towns, will take a 360 degree approach to promote ‘Hello FM Solli Adi 2011’ and cheer Chennai Super Kings.

Speaking about the tie-up, Rajeev Nambair, CEO & President, Hello FM, said, “With this official tie-up, we at Hello FM are all set to give our advertisers and listeners a value based association.” He also added that Hello FM was proud to be the ‘Champion’s Choice’.

Sharing his view on the initiative, Rakesh Singh, Joint President - Marketing, India Cements, said, “I am happy to partner with Hello FM, who passionately cheer for Chennai Super Kings and bring alive the excitement of the game on radio. We look forward to yet another thrilling IPL season.”
