"Deeply saddened by the passing of BD (Dr. Bhaskar Das) a legend in the media industry and an inspiring leader. I first knew him in 2008 as a client from TOI and had the privilege of working with him recently at Republic TV. He was a visionary with endless passion for innovation and a unique personality as a senior figure with the enthusiasm and curiosity of someone at 20yrs old. His youthful energy and curiosity made him truly special and left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. His contributions have shaped the industry and guided so many of us in our careers. My heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones. May his soul rest in peace," wrote Varun Mohan, Head - Growth & Revenue, India & SAARC at MiQ.
Saddened to hear about Bhaskar Das’s death. He was a great champion of Mumbai Mirror when it launched. His passion for the newspapering business, his sense of curiosity and effervescence helped build the relationship between editorial and the famous 3rd floor
