INK 2016 sees 105 entries make it to the final shortlist

Jagran Prakashan, Madison and Mindshare were some of the standout performers in this year's edition of exchange4media's newspaper advertising awards

INK 2016 sees 105 entries make it to the final shortlist

exchange4media’s annual awards for excellence in newspaper advertising will be held on August 5, 2016 in Mumbai. The INK Awards celebrate creativity in newspaper advertising and recognises the talent behind it. It demonstrates the power of print in reaching out and touching the consumer, acknowledges the fact that newspaper advertising is the most demanding and the most difficult exercise because it needs an idea.

INK endorses innovation in newspaper advertising by creative agencies, media agencies, newspaper publishers, advertisers and all those, who are involved with it.

This year the INK Awards have seen 105 shortlisted entries. Among some of the brands who had a strong showing in the initial round are Jagran Prakashan with 23 shortlisted entries, Zee Group with 10 entries and Dainik Bhaskar with 7 shortlisted entries. Mindshare’s work for HUL also saw them receive 18 shortlisted entries. Meanwhile, Bennet Coleman & Co. Ltd. Had 4 entries make the final shortlist.

daCunha Communications saw 4 of their entries for Gujarat Co-op. Milk Marketing Federation make it to the shortlist. Madison was also another standout performer with 12 entries in the shortlist.

INK 2016 will be held at ITC Grand Central, Parel
