A book titled Indian Renaissance: The Modi Decade' will be released on 30 January 2025 at the NDMC Convention Center in New Delhi. Home Minister Amit Shah will be the chief guest of the event, while Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Manohar Lal will attend as the guest of honour.

About the book

This book, edited by Dr. Aishwarya Pandit, presents a comprehensive analysis of the Modi government's governance over the last 10 years. It highlights the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and the transformation of the BJP, reflecting social, cultural and political changes. Apart from this, important topics such as development projects in rural and urban India, India's international relations and the digital revolution have been considered.

A comprehensive overview of 10 years of Modi Government

This book is a collection of essays covering the social, cultural and political changes that have taken place in India over the last ten years. "Indian Renaissance" brings together a diverse range of voices, including senior journalists, political leaders, policy-makers and public intellectuals. These essays analyse the unique impact of Modi and the transformation of the BJP under his leadership. It also discusses the developmental initiatives that have transformed the lives of people even in the most remote villages of India.

The book discusses India's relations with other countries, especially the US and Arab countries. It also highlights the digital revolution, the challenge of educating a billion people, and the new (international and national) nationalistic outlook being shaped by the Indian government.

About the editor

Dr. Aishwarya Pandit is an Associate Professor at Jindal Global Law School and has also taught as a visiting professor at IIM Indore. Her book "Claiming Citizenship and Nation: Muslim Politics and State Building in North India, 1947–1986" was published by Routledge in 2022.

This 352-page book is published by Westland Non-Fiction and provides an in-depth study of India's development over the last decade.

The book launch event will take place on 30th January 2025 at 5:00 PM at NDMC Convention Centre, New Delhi and will feature discussions and interactions with scholars and eminent personalities.
