 Free Press Group of Newspapers appoints new President

Rudolf Fernando has been appointed as All India President of Free Press Group of Newspapers. He would report to Director Abhishek Karnani.

He will be in charge of entire Business Development, Marketing, Promotions, of all editions of Free Press Journal viz Mumbai, Indore, Bhopal and Ujjain and Navshakti Marathi Edition from Mumbai.

Fernando has over two decades of experience in the media industry. He had started his career with “Free Press Journal” in Mumbai almost two decades back & has come back with a huge challenging spirit & a massive vision & plan for Free Press Journal group of newspapers. Prior to his appointment in Free Press Journal, he was National Head of “Global Advertisers” and was also ex-president of “Nava Bharat Media Solutions”. Also in past with National publications such as Dainik Bhaskar, and  SAB TV were also part of his career graph. He says he is happy and excited to return back to the print media industry particularly the Free Press Journal from where he started his journey.

Commenting on the appointment, Karnani said, “Rudolf will leverage our publication across all four regions and he will also be assisting the team leaders in pitching more of new campaigns. He would be using his link & talents to not only to benefit our organisation, but also every client & agencies with his massive experiences with various thoughtful ideas. His expertise and experience will bring out more of innovations, BTL, fresh approach and better execution at a larger scale.”
