Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd (BCCL), the publisher of Times of India and Economic Times newspapers, has reportedly bought office space at the under-construction Kalpataru Infinia office and commercial development in Santacruz (East). The 66,330 sq ft of office space is said to be worth around Rs 460 crore, say media reports.
The purchasers included both BCCL, as well as the company's vice chairman Samir Jain, as per the documents.
According to the reports, BCCL and vice chairman Samir Jain acquired seven commercial units between themselves, with each unit measuring around 9,500 sq ft and priced at Rs 66 crore.
The deal, which also includes 98 parking spaces, was signed in March 2025.
