Prasoon Joshi to be honoured with MP's Rashtriya Kishore Kumar Award

The Madhya Pradesh Department of Culture will be awarding the Rashtriya Kishore Kumar Award to Prasoon Joshi, Chairman McCann World Group Asia and CEO & CCO McCann World Group India.

Among the others to be honoured for the years 2024 and 2025 are Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Sonu Nigam.

Punyapriya Namdev, Directorate of Madhya Pradesh Culture Department, informed the National Lata Mangeshkar Award will be presented on 28th September in Indore. The National Kishore Kumar Award will be presented on 13th October in Khandwa and the National Mahatma Gandhi Award will be presented in Bhopal.

Madhya Pradesh Government, Culture Department, following its well-established tradition of honouring excellence and creativity, has instituted the annual Rashtriya Kishore Kumar Award for direction, acting, screenplay and song writing in the field of cinema. This award is given on the basis of excellence, long-term practice and best achievement.
