Oracle India is looking for Head of Marketing. The move comes days after Geetu Bhatnagar stepped down from her role as the company’s Head of Marketing.
Oracle has advertised about the position, based in Gurgaon or Bangalore, in a LinkedIn post.
“As Head of Marketing for Oracle India, you will be instrumental in shaping the trajectory of our business by leading the transformation of our marketing organization. This is a high-impact, visible leadership role that will define how Oracle connects with customers, partners, and the market—driving strategic demand, accelerating revenue growth, and building enduring brand strength in India’s dynamic technology landscape,” reads the post.
Listing the responsibilities of the role as “What you will Drive”, the company wrote:
- Architect and execute integrated, measurable marketing strategies that accelerate demand generation, increase brand awareness, and deepen market engagement
- Serve as a strategic business partner to Sales, Alliances, and Channel leaders, co-owning pipeline generation and aligning marketing priorities with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to key personas and customer journey stages
- Champion data-driven decision-making, leveraging market intelligence and performance analytics to continuously optimize marketing investments
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance within the India marketing team and as part of the JAPAC leadership community
- Shape market positioning, segmentation, and messaging to differentiate Oracle in a competitive landscape
- Actively represent Oracle India within the global marketing organization and with strategic external partners
Bhatnagar, meanwhile, announced her resignation in November, after serving for over a decade at the organisation and has moved on to explore new professional opportunities.
