Nihal Rajan, Chief Marketing Officer, Jockey India, who was awarded The CMO Innovation Award at the Laqshya Pitch Best CMO Awards 2025, has been challenging conventional design thinking, pushing creativity beyond aesthetics to craft solutions that seamlessly fit into consumers’ evolving lifestyles for nearly two decades.

At Page Industries Ltd, Rajan currently leads brand marketing, product management, portfolio performance, product design and development, demand forecasting and planning, as well as brand experience and visual merchandising for both Jockey and Speedo. 

His approach is rooted in consumer centricity, product obsession, and execution excellence, ensuring a holistic brand experience. With a sharp focus on brand health and business growth, Rajan is driving Jockey’s expansion across India, SAARC, and the Middle East. By seamlessly leveraging a mix of strategic planning with innovative product design, he continues to strengthen the brand’s market position and deepen its connection with consumers.
