At the Pitch CMO 2025 event, Kapuswala received the CMO Content Engagement Award, a testament to his expertise in driving consumer engagement and innovative brand storytelling.
Under his leadership, Ferrero India's marketing campaigns have not only captivated audiences but also delivered significant business impact. His efforts in spearheading campaigns for brands such as Tic Tac, Nutella, and Ferrero Rocher have redefined category engagement and brand loyalty in India.
Adding to the accolades, Ferrero India’s Tic Tac ‘Vibe Hai’ campaign clinched the prestigious Business World Marketing EXCEL Award 2025 in the Digital Media Campaign category. Aimed at strengthening consumer connections through storytelling, the campaign was widely praised for its strategic execution and deep audience resonance.

Prior to his tenure at Ferrero India, Kapuswala led significant brand overhauls at Dixcy Textiles Pvt Ltd., where he transformed a commodity-driven business into a consumer-centric brand, establishing Levi’s innerwear in India. His career also includes pivotal contributions to Nestlé India, where he successfully repositioned and expanded the MAGGI Cooking Range, launching new products and revamping brand positioning for MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic, Bhuna Masala, and Coconut Milk Powder.
