In the eighth week of 2018 (February 17-23,) FMCG brand Hindustan Lever reclaimed its dominance over the Top 10 Advertisers list with 1,10,489 insertions while Reckitt Benckiser India slipped to the second spot with 1,08,108 insertions.
Procter & Gamble and Cadbury India retained their third and fourth spot with 31,156 and 26,994 insertions respectively. ITC Ltd. meanwhile, further climbed to the fifth spot with 22,291 insertions.
Brooke Bond Lipton maintained its sixth spot with 21,060 insertions. Colgate Palmolive India and Lalitha Jewellery slipped to seventh and eighth spot with 19,300 and 16,936 insertions respectively. Patanjali Ayurved and SBS Biotech entered after a hiatus at the ninth and tenth spot with 16,594 and 15,744 insertions respectively.
Harpic 10X climbed to lead Top10 Brands with 17,987 insertions displacing Lalitha Jewellery and Lizol to second and third spot with 16,936 and 11,625 insertions respectively. Mortein Insta, climbed to the fourth spot with 11,292 insertions. On the other hand, Vanish Oxi Action and Zee5 entered the list at the fifth and seventh spot with 11,292, 10,667 and 9415 insertions respectively. Trivago climbed to the sixth spot with 9476 insertions.
The category also saw the entry of Videocon D2H and V-Guard Inverter at the ninth and tenth position with 9093 and 8145 insertions respectively.
