Leah Meranus, CEO of media agency dentsu X North America, has exited the company, according to global reports. She took on the role in January 2023, after being promoted from her previous position as US Chief Media Officer at dentsu X and 360i.
Her departure follows a series of leadership changes at dentsu, including the recent exit of Sean Reardon, CEO of dentsu Americas Media, earlier this year.
In the interim, Bruce Williams, currently serving as the Chief Media Officer, has stepped in to lead dentsu X North America. He will report to Will Swayne, dentsu’s Global Media Practice President and U.S. Media Lead.
Meranus has over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, having held senior roles at agencies like 360i, Initiative, Mediacom, and PHD.
