Cannes Lions launches new Creative Brand of the Year Award
The award will recognise brands that successfully use creativity to drive their business forward

Cannes Lions has introduced a new special award, Creative Brand of the Year. The award will recognise brands that successfully use creativity to drive their business forward, according to media reports.
The award will honour individual brands, and in turn recognise their partner agencies. The inaugural winner will be the brand that accumulates the most points from its shortlisted and winning entries at Cannes Lions 2019.
Talking about the award, Simon Cook, Managing Director, Cannes Lions reportedly said that The Creative Brand of the Year award is designed to recognise the creative risks that individual brands take to distinguish their product in different regions around the world.
