Sankalp Naswa has joined Qualcomm India as Head of Total Rewards. He shared the news of his new role through a LinkedIn post.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head Total Rewards at Qualcomm India! Rishi Khandelwal, looking forward to working together”, the LinkedIn post read.
Naswa joins Qualcomm following his tenure at Lixil India and Sub-Continent, where he served as Head of HR. At Lixil, he partnered with 3 business entities and 3 manufacturing and assembly plants, supporting HR across the organisation’s value chain.
