  • Nians, formerly known as Technians, celebrates its 13th anniversary with the "Main TERAh" campaign, emphasizing the dual meaning of "terah" (thirteen) and "tera" (yours) to highlight relationships built over the years.
  • The agency has evolved from a technology company to a full-service MarTech and creative agency, implementing a Four-Stage Journey approach to client engagement and earning over 80 awards in the past five years, including MarTech Agency of the Year in 2023.
  • Celebrations included events for employees and families, as well as clients and partners, featuring entertainment and activities that foster community and acknowledge support systems.
  • Looking ahead, Nians aims to enhance adaptability, innovation, and partnerships while maintaining its cultural values as it continues to grow.

Nians, the MarTech agency formerly known as Technians, is celebrating its 13th anniversary with “Main TERAh,” a campaign built around a clever bilingual wordplay: “terah” means thirteen in Hindi, while “tera” means “yours.”

The dual meaning captures what the agency says lies at the heart of this milestone — the relationships it has built with its people and clients over 13 years of growth.
The campaign runs under the tagline “13 Years of Creativity, Technology & Performance,” reflecting the three pillars the agency credits for its journey, with the sign-off “Same People, Bigger Stories” placing its team at the center of the narrative.

From Startup to Structured Agency
Nians’ evolution has been marked by clear inflection points: founded as a technology company, the agency pivoted into digital marketing in 2013, expanded into MarTech and creative services in the early 2020s, and added full-funnel capabilities in 2022. Alongside this expansion, the agency has invested in the operational backbone needed to scale - building systems, refining workflows, and developing organizational structures without diluting its founding culture.

Central to how Nians works with clients is what it calls a Four-Stage Journey: Understanding, Strategic Alignment, Collaboration, and Delivery - an approach summed up in the agency’s own words: “A brief is a starting point, not a finish line.”

That approach has translated into recognition. Nians was named MarTech Agency of the Year in 2023 and has earned more than 80 awards over the past five years from different media Houses.

A Culture That Grew With the Agency
What started as the “Technians Spirit” - a tight-knit team sharing ownership of a young business- has since evolved into what the agency now calls the Nians community. As the team grew from generalists wearing multiple hats into specialists across dedicated functions, the agency says it has worked to keep its multi-generational workforce connected, bridging early employees with newer hires who carry the culture forward.

That evolution reached a symbolic milestone on 22 September 2025, when Technians formally became Nians -a rebrand the agency describes not simply as a name change, but as a reaffirmation of its commitment to innovation and adaptability, while staying rooted in the people who built it.

Two Days of Celebration
The “Main TERAh” festivities kicked off on 21 September with “King Kong on the Block,” a surprise event for employees. The celebrations then moved into their main phase across two days.
On 22 September, Nians hosted “Bollywood: A Filmy Celebration” at its Gurugram office, opening the evening to employees’ families for a night of music, entertainment and food - a nod to the support systems behind the team’s work.

On 23 September, the celebration shifts to Room XO, this time for clients and partners, featuring stand-up comedy, cake cutting, an aerial act, a dance performance, and dinner - bringing business relationships into the milestone alongside the internal celebration.

Employees as the Face of the Campaign
Throughout the campaign, Nians has put its own people front and center - through a dance-led teaser film, portrait posts carrying playful Hindi captions, and a candid team reel. The campaign closes on the line: “13 Years of Nians. And a family that keeps growing together” - a summary, the agency says, of growth that hasn’t come at the cost of culture.

Looking Ahead
Nians says its next chapter will focus on deeper adaptability to market shifts, continued innovation in MarTech and creative solutions, and stronger partnerships across its client and ecosystem relationships — building on the operational and cultural lessons of the past 13 years.
