As I bid farewell to Smita Bhosale, who retired after an incredible 8-year journey with us, I find myself reflecting on the many moments from my interactions with her. From navigating complex business growth challenges to shaping sharper consumer marketing strategies, Smita has been a constant, bringing depth, clarity, and conviction through her leadership in Consumer Insights.
She has not only shouldered key responsibilities with remarkable ownership but has also been a trusted sounding board for me personally. Her ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights has guided many of our decisions over the years.
What stands out most is her quiet strength, consistently influencing outcomes that truly mattered.
