GenXAI names Sharad Singhvi as Group CEO

GenXAI has announced the appointment of Sharad Singhvi as its new Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO). Singhvi will be responsible for growth strategy, delivery excellence, team building, policy and compliance, and customer success—strengthening GenXAI’s position as a catalyst for innovation and transformation.

In this role, Singhvi will help set the tone for agility, governance, change management, skill development, and improved employee productivity, enabling GenXAI to achieve higher operating profit while delivering measurable value to clients.

Prior to joining GenXAI, he served as Chief Information Officer (CIO), where he successfully drove transformation programs cutting across multiple technologies.

With over 23 years of experience across real estate, manufacturing, EPC, and IFMS industries, Singhvi brings a proven track record in technology-led business transformation, enterprise IT strategy execution, governance, and process re-engineering.
