The Delhi High Court has issued summons to Republic TV Editor Arnab Goswami in a defamation suit filed by the Congress party over claims that the party operates an office in Turkey.
As per media reports, the Congress party has argued that the allegedly defamatory content continues to remain accessible online, with supporting articles still in circulation.
Taking note of the submissions, the Court agreed to list the matter for further consideration in May and directed the defendants to file their reply within four weeks.
