IDMA 2018: Mindshare leads with 42 shortlists
Interactive Avenues and Madison have the second and the third highest number of shortlists at 12 and 7, respectively

The shortlists for the coveted Indian Digital Marketing Awards (IDMA) 2018 are out, and Mindshare has the highest number of entries in the list at 42, followed by Interactive Avenues at 12 and Madison with seven.
Among the brands, ZEEL has the maximum number of shortlisted entries at 13, followed by Star India and Jio at nine and eight, respectively.
Overall, there are 175 entries across five categories and 30 sub-categories. The five main categories are: Web, Mobile & Tablets, Social Media, Search & PPC Campaigns and Special Awards.
Under the Web category, shortlists have been uploaded for sub-categories of Banners (campaign with or without video), Website, Branded Content, Web-based games and Online Advertising. There are a total of 37 shortlisted entries in this category.
In the Mobile & Tablets category, shortlists have been announced under sub-categories of Best Use of WAP /Html/ other sites for Mobiles, Best App Developed (Products/Services / Corporate / Social/ Films / TV Shows / Entertainment/ Lifestyle / Gaming etc), Best Innovation in Mobile Marketing and Best Campaign- Use of Mobile. There are a total 25 shortlisted entries in this category.
For the Social Media category, the IDMA shortlists have been uploaded for sub-categories of Best Use of Social Networks, Best Use of Videos, Strongest Community Engagement and Most Effective Social Listening. There are a total of 26 shortlisted entries in this category.
For the Search & PPC Campaigns category, shortlists have been announced across the following sub-categories: Best SEO for Website /Universal Search Ranking and Best SEM Strategy. There are a total of nine shortlisted entries in this category.
In the Special Awards category, shortlists are under the sub-categories of Integrated Media Campaign, Effective Use of Digital Analytics, Most Effective Use of Digital Analytics, Best Video Advertising, Best Media Campaign, Most Effective Use of AI for a Campaign and Business Optimisation (New), Proximity Marketing Campaign of the Year and Best Digital Innovation, among others. In total, there are 78 shortlisted entries in this category.
