Padhle was established in March 2020 by co-founders Atharva Puranik and Pranay Chouhan, aiming to simplify education for students in classes 9 to 12. Based in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, the company operates under the legal name Papergist Innovations Private Limited. Its mission centers on alleviating academic pressures by providing accessible and comprehensive learning resources.

Recognizing the challenges posed by extensive syllabi and academic stress, Padhle offers meticulously designed courses that make complex concepts more approachable. Their "Tabahi Courses" include detailed lectures, notes, Daily Practice Problems (DPP), and booklets, ensuring students gain a holistic understanding of their subjects.
