Dubai has inaugurated the Creators HQ at Emirates Towers, an initiative backed by an AED 150 million ( ₹337 crore) Content Creators Support Fund. Announced during the 1 Billion Followers Summit 2025, the Creators HQ aims to position the UAE as a global hub for the booming content creation industry, with plans to attract 10,000 influencers to the region in the coming years.

Supported by 15 organisations, including Meta, TikTok, Spotter, and the New Media Academy, the Creators HQ brings together top creators, enablers, and industry supporters from around the world. Starting with 100 members representing 20 countries, the hub is designed to empower creators, enhance their influence, and foster innovation in the digital content sector.

Members of the Creators HQ will gain access to benefits such as assistance with UAE Golden Visa applications, relocation support, and business setup services. These offerings aim to simplify the process for creators to establish a presence in the UAE and thrive in its supportive environment.

His Excellency Mohammad Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, emphasized the UAE’s dedication to building a robust content economy. He highlighted the Creators HQ as a platform where global talent can gather, connect with funding and investors, and expand their influence.

“As the world continues to evolve and progress, especially in the content and digital media domains, we need to be ready to maximize the positive impact of such progress, while navigating its challenges and channeling it for the good of humanity,” Al Gergawi said, capturing the initiative’s forward-looking vision.

The Creators HQ will host over 300 events and workshops annually, covering critical skills such as branding, video production, storytelling, audience engagement, and monetization. Tailored training programs, mentorship opportunities, and funding initiatives will ensure creators are equipped to navigate the evolving digital landscape.

The hub’s target audience spans a diverse range of talent, including social media influencers, podcasters, visual artists, advertising firms, and fashion brands. It also seeks collaborations with cutting-edge technology companies, streaming platforms, and AI developers, creating a fully integrated creative ecosystem.
