Punitha Arumugam, former Head of Revenue at Hotstar, has launched a digital consulting company. She has confirmed the development to exchange4media.

Arumugam & Consultants will aid marketers in building a digital future. A&C has developed the first consult prototype called ARMONI that will be orchestrating the digital chaos for marketers. ARMONI will be backed by a global and local network of digital specialism partners who will be on boarded through the A&C Digital Registry.

exchange4media broke the news about Arumugam moving out of Hotstar in December 2019.

Arumugam joined Hotstar as a Digital Evangelist in 2017 and was elevated to the position of Hotstar's Revenue Head last year.

Prior to her stint at Hotstar, Arumugam was at Google leading the organisation’s agency business, first from India and later for the region from Singapore, as Managing Director, APAC Agency Business & Deals.

A media agency veteran for over 20 years, she is best known for her leadership at Madison Media as Group CEO for over 13 years.

Arumugam is also widely acknowledged as the driving force behind Madison’s transformation to the second largest media agency in India and is credited for building a buoyant agency business for Google in India and the Asia Pacific.
