Publicis Groupe finalises $4bn deal to acquire Epsilon

Epsilon Chief Executive Bryan Kennedy will continue to lead and will report to Publicis CEO and Chairman Arthur Sadoun

Publicis Groupe has finalised a $4.4 billion deal to acquire Epsilon, as per media reports. 

Epsilon Chief Executive Bryan Kennedy will continue to lead while joining the Publicis Groupe Executive Committee. He will be reporting to Publicis CEO and Chairman Arthur Sadoun.

"This is an important day for us," Sadoun was quoted as saying.

Publicis will start providing Epsilon’s services to its US clients and other international clients will be provided access to its services in the coming months.
