MediBuddy drops a musical wake-up call with #NoPuffPlease

MediBuddy has unveiled a campaign like no other — #NoPuffPlease— ahead of World No Tobacco Day. The campaign urges smokers to avoid smoking not just for their own health, but to protect the people around them — friends, family, colleagues, and even strangers who often become passive smokers without a choice.

The heart of the campaign is a bold, relatable anti-smoking anthem titled "Love You Bro… But Not Your Smoking." Unlike conventional scare tactics that rely on fear or statistics, this campaign takes an emotional, peer-driven approach through music. The anthem was entirely conceptualised and written from scratch with the help of AI — from crafting the lyrics to composing the tune and rhythm. Every element was generated using AI tools to create a track that is catchy, culturally relevant, and impactful. It highlights how smoking damages not just lungs, but also relationships and social bonds, stated a release.

The #NoPuffPlease campaign and the AI-crafted anthem 'Love You Bro… But Not Your Smoking' are consciously moving beyond scare tactics. Instead, by harnessing AI to create a relatable song from lyrics to rhythm, we're adopting a peer-driven approach. Our aim is to genuinely resonate with young adults, highlighting how smoking impacts not just their personal health, but profoundly affects the well-being of their friends, family, and even strangers, ultimately straining the relationships they cherish. It's a call for collective responsibility and healthier connections.”

With its Hinglish rhymes and street-style rhythm, the anthem delivers a powerful message that you may love your friend, but you don’t love what their habit does to health. This unique blend of beats, wit, and emotional tug makes the message more shareable, especially among younger audiences.

The campaign aims at sparking real conversations around secondhand smoke and the unseen impact of smoking. It serves as a timely reminder that one person’s habit can silently harm many others.

With this anthem, “Love You Bro… But Not Your Smoking”, MediBuddy transforms a tough conversation into a movement — making it easier and cooler to say: quit smoking, for yourself  and for everyone who breathes around you.
