- The jury for this year's edition was chaired by Prasoon Joshi and included notable figures from various leading advertising and media organizations.
- Out of approximately 250 nominations, the final selection comprised 30 winners, including 16 women and 14 men, representing diverse sectors such as creative, digital, and healthcare agencies.
Over the years, IMPACT Top 30 Under 30 has recognised some of the most promising young professionals from the agency ecosystem. The initiative, by IMPACT Magazine under the exchange4media Group, continues to spotlight emerging leaders across advertising.
This year’s list featured professionals under the age of 30 who have built a reputation either as entrepreneurs or as creative talent within the industry. Their work reflected an understanding of changing consumer behaviour, culture and industry dynamics. The list recognised individuals who are helping shape new ideas, conversations and ways of working, and who are likely to play an important role in the future of the industry.
The jury for the 12th edition was chaired by Prasoon Joshi, Chairman, Omnicom Advertising, and co-chaired by Dr Annurag Batra, Chairman and Editor-in-chief, e4m & BW Businessworld. Other jury members included Nawal Ahuja, Co-founder, e4m Group, Dheeraj Sinha, CEO, McCann Worldgroup India; Rajdeepak Das, Chairman, Leo - South Asia and Chief Creative Officer, Publicis Groupe South Asia; Sukesh Nayak, Chief Creative Officer, Ogilvy India; Lara Balsara, Executive Director, Madison World; Anupama Ramaswamy, MD and CCO, Havas India; Asmita Reelkar, Senior Vice President, Omnicom Media; Smit Shukla, Zone Leader, Philips Personal Health, India Subcontinent; Amit Wadhwa, CEO, Dentsu Creative and Media Brands, South Asia; Paritosh Srivastava, CEO, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH India, Saatchi Propagate and Publicis Beehive; Tarun Khanna, President and Head – Digital Business, Marketing & Strategy, IndusInd General Insurance; Niraj Ruparel, Creative Technology Lead at WPP/ WPP Media, India; Shubhra Saraf Sethi, Head of Entertainment Ad Strategy (TV + Digital), JioStar Network; Prrincey Roy, Co-Founder and CEO, Huella; Adarsh Atal, Chief Creative Officer, Tilt Brand Solutions; Mandar Natekar, Co-founder and CEO, NeuralGarage; Siddharth Dabhade, Chief Business Officer, Lemma; Benedict Hayes, Co-Founder, Ethinos; Jignesh Shah, Co-Founder, Think Result; and Aryan Bhasin, Founder, Socio Hub Digital Agency.
Among the 30 winners, there were 16 women and 14 men, selected from around 250 nominations, which are spread across creative, digital, healthcare, research agencies and global consultancies.
