WPP CEO Cindy Rose posted a heartfelt note for CVL Srinivas, Country Manager of WPP India, as he prepares to retire at the end of March 2026, marking over three decades of remarkable leadership.

In a LinkedIn post, Rose praised Srinivas as a truly exceptional leader whose vision helped elevate India into one of WPP’s most strategic and dynamic markets on the global stage.

“Today I want to recognise a truly outstanding leader. As CVL Srinivas prepares to retire from WPP at the end of March after an incredible 20 years, I want to personally thank him for his visionary leadership and energy that have helped make India one of our most important and dynamic markets globally", she stated in a LinkedIn post.

“I’m deeply grateful for everything Srini has contributed, and on behalf of everyone at WPP, I want to wish him all the success and happiness in what I know will be an exciting next chapter”, she added.

WPP on Tuesday announced that CVL Srinivas (Srini), Country Manager for India, will retire from the company at the end of March 2026, concluding a distinguished 36-year career. Under his leadership since 2017, India has been transformed into one of WPP’s most strategic and dynamic markets, rising to become a top four revenue contributor globally for the company.

Srini’s 20-year tenure at WPP has been defined by exceptional growth, operational excellence and a steadfast commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. He has successfully integrated WPP’s agency and specialist offerings in India, unleashing the full power of the company for clients while establishing the country as a global hub for next-generation services and talent.
