Coca-Cola initiates review of media mandate
As per reports, the pitch is likely to see WPP's Open X and Publicis Groupe compete in most international markets, except North America, Japan and Korea

The Coca-Cola Company has initiated a global review of its media, data science and tech business, as per media reports.
The pitch process will likely see WPP's Open X and Publicis Groupe compete for most of the international markets of the cola brand. Publicis is already managing rival brand Pepsi in India.
While as per some reports, North America, Japan and Korea markets are excluded from the process, there is no confirmation about India.
According to Adage, the review will be handled by MediaSense.
The process will start in July.
As per media reports, WPP has said in a statement, "We are proud to serve as The Coca-Cola Company's global network partner" The five-year contract renewal also coincides with Coca-Cola's Next Chapter initiative, a news story said.
