The former CEO of FCB Ulka, Arvind Wable has launched his new book Culture Eats Creativity For Lunch - The Ulkaway, which offers an insight into the agency’s unique organisational culture.

During Wable’s tenure, the top executive observed that there was a unique culture at Ulka, which was responsible for the agency’s sustained growth. The book explores ways in which the attributes of this culture can be implemented at any workplace.

The book also highlights the role of a robust organisational culture that can help companies tide through any crisis and scale heights of success. Culture, Wable demonstrates, influences not only creativity but also leadership, strategy and success.

Ad veteran and independent brand strategist Ambi Parameshwaran who was present at the book launch shared his thoughts about the book on LinkedIn.

The book was launched at the FCB/IPG office in Mumbai.
