In her new role, she will oversee communications across Mattel’s commercial markets, manufacturing and global supply chain operations in APAC. Her remit will include corporate reputation, public-company priorities, business transformation and stakeholder engagement across diverse markets.
Cook will also advise regional leadership on reputation, issues and crisis management, executive and enterprise communications, organisational change and business-critical matters. She will work closely with Mattel’s global Corporate Communications team and cross-functional functions including Government Affairs, Legal, and People & Culture.
Alongside the corporate communications mandate, she will lead PR strategy and governance across APAC, with a focus on balancing global strategy, local relevance and commercial priorities for Mattel and its portfolio of brands.
