Seasoned corporate affairs leader Latika Taneja has stepped down from her role as Head of Corporate Relations at Shell after a successful 3.5-year tenure.

She shared the news through a LinkedIn post, expressing, “As I close my chapter at Shell my heart swells with gratitude and pride. It’s been an incredible innings, ending on a high note with lessons that will forever shape me. Shell’s values—honesty, integrity, respect for people have been a guiding light, and I’m deeply thankful for an institution I hold in the highest regard.”

Taneja is a respected voice with over two decades of experience across strategic communications, public policy, social responsibility, and brand building. Prior to Shell, Taneja held senior leadership positions with Mastercard, DuPont, MetLife, and otherleading organisations.

Her next move is yet to be announced, but with her rich leadership experience, she is expected to continue shaping conversations around sustainable business, policy advocacy, and scalable enterprise growth.
