Valentine Week is usually about love stories. This one just happens to be about 'Pyaar with PR'.
Twenty-six years is long enough to see a profession reinvent itself more than once. Bhavna Singh, Vice President – Communications, Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited, has had a front-row seat to that change and evolved with it.
In her letter to PR for e4m Love x PR & Comms, she narrates her love story with PR, starting from her journey from fax machines and physical press kits to AI tools and real-time storytelling. Along the way, she shares the perspective that anchored her through every shift as the role expanded, grew more layered, and far more demanding. Her note distils the experience and lessons she now passes on to the next generation of staying relevant, responsible, and never stop being the conscience in the room.
