The Phoenix Mills Limited (PML), a retail and commercial real estate developer, has announced the appointment of Vithal Suryavanshi as Chief Executive Officer – Commercial Real Estate, effective July 7, 2025.
“With over three decades of experience in commercial leasing and strategic real estate development, Vithal brings deep industry expertise and a strong track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and building long-term value,” stated a press release.
An alumnus of NMIMS (Executive MBA) and the University of Chicago’s Accelerated Development Program, Vithal has previously held senior leadership positions at Mayfair Housing, K. Raheja Corp, and Brookfield Properties, where he led landmark commercial developments, business growth strategies, and real estate investments.
