Vernika Awal has been appointed as Brand Lead for 'Ikk Panjab' at Bright Hospitality Private Limited. The news was shared by Awal through a LinkedIn post.
“Super stoked to be working alongside Rajan Sethi and Deepika Sethi to bring our vision for Punjabi cuisine and culture to life,” she wrote in the note.
She took up the position in December 2024.
Describing the role, she wrote, “Conceptualised and executed the Delectable Punjab project, showcasing untold stories and shaping socio-economic ethos. Head of brand for Bright Hospitality's 'Ikk Panjab', leading the restaurant's reinvention journey.”
