upGrad has appointed Deepesh Dhakad as its new Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), with the role taking effect from October 2025.
In his new role, Deepesh will lead upGrad’s product, design, and technology functions across both its learner and enterprise divisions. His focus will be on driving innovation, scalability, and global user experience, as the company continues to expand its footprint in the global edtech space.
With nearly 20 years of experience in consumer technology, Deepesh has worked with leading brands such as Amazon, Flipkart, Unacademy, and most recently Games24x7.
