Rhea Umesh Mansukhani has taken on the role of Head of Marketing at upGrad Enterprise. Prior to her promotion, she served as Enterprise Marketing Lead at the company.

She has been associated with upGrad since 2025.

Before joining upGrad, Mansukhani worked as a freelance Content and Brand Strategy Consultant. Earlier, she spent nearly five years at Tummoc.

She has also worked as a freelancer with Pepper Content and Cactus Communications, among others.
