Akash Nihalani joins RCM as General Manager - Marketing

Akash Nihalani has been appointed General Manager - Marketing at RCM, a major direct selling company, effective July 2025.
He will oversee marketing for various sectors including FMCG, Nutraceuticals, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Fashion, and Accessories.
Previously, Nihalani served as Associate Vice-President at The Minimalist, where he developed marketing strategies across multiple industries.
He has also held the position of Client Services Director at Dentsu Creative and expressed gratitude for his team at The Minimalist in a social media post about his career transition.

The Minimalist's Akash Nihalani has been appointed as General Manager - Marketing with RCM, one of the major direct selling companies.

He will be handling FMCG (Food & Non-Food), Nutraceuticals, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Fashion, and Accessories.

At The Minimalist, Nihalani was Associate Vice-President, delivering marketing strategies across FMCG, Luxury, BFSI, Entertainment, General Insurance, F&B, Logistics, Beauty & Hair Care, Real Estate, Mutual Funds, and B2B Solar Energy.

He was earlier Client Services Director with Dentsu Creative.

In a social media post, Nihalani wrote about his movement from The Minimalist to RCM, saying:

This wasn’t just a role; it was a journey of energy, madness, ownership, and last-minute miracles. A privilege to lead a 30+ member powerhouse team who were the true heartbeat of it all. Brilliant, passionate, slightly sleep-deprived minds who turned chaos into craft, who let me lead, but also let me lean on them. That trust? I’ll carry it with me always. And while you may have looked to me for answers, the truth is, I was learning from you every single day.

Now, a new chapter begins.
Since July 2025, I’ve stepped into the role of ??????? ??????? – ????????? at RCM, heading Marketing Communications."
