Teads, the omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet, has announced the appointment of Mollie Spilman as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective November 10. In this role, she will lead the company’s global commercial strategy, work with regional leaders, and strengthen partnerships to boost growth and improve performance for marketers, agencies, and content creators. This move comes after the merger of Outbrain and Teads earlier this year, creating a unified platform with strong demand, supply, data, and technology capabilities.
The appointment signals an important step in Teads’ next stage of growth. With combined technology, advanced data tools, and long-standing relationships with major brands and agencies, the merged company is in a strong position to bring more value to the digital advertising ecosystem. Teads is investing in top leadership to reinforce its customer-focused approach and help brands, agencies, and publishers get the most out of its platform.
Spilman will report directly to Teads CEO David Kostman. She brings years of experience in building and scaling successful commercial teams across the digital media and technology sectors. Previously, she served as Chief Revenue Officer and later Chief Operating Officer at Criteo, where revenue grew from $600 million to over $2 billion, and the company expanded into retail media with the acquisition of HookLogic. Most recently, she was the Chief Revenue Officer at Oracle Advertising, helping clients maximize value through audience targeting, contextual solutions, and advanced brand safety tools. She has also held senior roles at Millennial Media and Yahoo!
